How this works
Destination wedding photography is calculated based on the starting rate. Use the starting rate to build you own package. Unfortunately travel expenses must be determined when destination is known.

Our Travel Fee is $0.75 per mile including the drive back. (Location of departure is Irvine, Ca) We also require a $250 Per Diem. Travel via plane requires a more precise estimate. Lodging is calculated based on location. We recommend staying at the venue but we can always book a hotel nearby, which will not be a 5 star luxury inn, it will be a Marriott, Hilton, or normal rated room. Rental car is determined based on location and duration.

Plane Ticket: $400 round trip (videography requires more checked luggage).
Per Diem: $250
Lodging: $350 (Arrival the day/night before, and departure the day after wedding at venue or nearest hotel).
Rental Car: $250-450 (Not needed if paid for car travel)

Let’s connect more about this special day! For starters it is a common misconception that destination photographers are ridiculously expensive. In the end, you are getting a better deal and a photographer you can trust.

Pricing is based on travel, time, and what is needed, but overall it is a vacation for us all. We would love to travel with you and share this remarkable journey to the first chapter of your lives together. We will start by taking engagement photos at the destination if that is something you want. They can also be considered couple portraits, but we want to document every moment. Followed by rehearsal coverage, not only to prepare, but document those moments as well. Lastly, the ceremony will be documented in full, and if there are other events happening after this should be expressed to the photographer in order to prepare.
You may end up paying less, and getting more
By bringing a photographer we are more accommodating with little shoots, or longer timeframes. Most details will be worked out, but while we are there we might as well capture everything. We adapt well to all circumstances and we are ready for unfortunate events like rain, or natural disasters that may postpone or cancel the wedding. Regardless, we are there for you till the end, in order to capture every remarkable moment. Please reach out and we can get to know each other further.
